MAWLCH KATE

Kate is bitch in my co-ownership. With her co-owner, Sanda Krizan, Kate started training as a HGSS (Croatian Mountain Rescue Service) search & rescue dog from an early age. She passed her license when she was less than 2 years old and has been an active SAR dog ever since. In addition to searching in forests and rough terrain, she also completed a two-year training for rescue in ruins, as part of the Safe HR project, at the end of which she passed the RH-V preliminary exam (obedience and searching in ruins).

Even in her spare time, Kate is a very active dog who loves frisbees, balls and everything that flies, actively follows soccer training, loves to swim and excels in diving.

She acted in several skits for TV, and was one of the 4 main actors of the Allianz osiguranje prize game in cooperation with HGSS, and also Sanda's faithful and patient companion at many presentations on behalf of HGSS.

She loves to bark, which goes under the "term of service", but also she's cuddly. She loves all people, but he chooses dog company a bit more carefully.

Kate's dam, Mawlch Awel, or how is she affectionately called Val, is farm dog, who lives with my long time friend, Ankica Dvorzak Friscic.

Kate's sire, Mawlch Wisp, or shorter Vis, was a versatile working dog, well trained for both agility and SAR. With his owner Damir he passed the RH-FL/B (search & rescue exam) and qualify for IRO World Championship, and in agility he was running with my friend Nina in many major competitions, and they proved to be the top agility team.
