FARO DELL' APRUSA

Faro was a stud dog in my kennel. I, together with my friend, Ankica Dvorzak Friscic, imported him from Italy and he was both ISDS and HKS (Croatian Kennel Club) registered.
His father, Jim 234550, now owned by Italian sheepdog triallist Gianni Canopoli, won many sheepdog trials in the UK and on the continent. He was placed 3rd at the European Championships in 2002, and 5th in 2001. He was also placed third in the Dutch Championships. He participated in the World Championships 2002.
Faro's mother, Trim 258696, was bred out of Derek Scrimgeour's lines. Trim's mother, Gael of Killiebrae, is granddaughter of two, both dual, International Supreme Champions - Wisp 161487 and Spot 161819.

Faro was a dog of excellent temperament and working abilities, and he had strong herding instinct. He was full time sheep dog.

Faro died on 10 November 2014.
